1. Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, all others must be rescheduled.

​1. Either party may cancel the reading within the first 10 minutes of the session for a full refund. Beyond this timeframe, all payments are non-refundable.

 

​Spell Candles and Jars

​​1. Due to the custom nature of our candles and spell work products, all sales are final.

2. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

 

​Etsy Shop & Digital Products

1. Etsy purchases are final.

2. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

3. Refunds are not issued for digital downloads.
